Silent- no pumps needed. The F103C is Urine Resistant, making it suitable for incontinent users. The F103C is more economical and larger than the Australian Medical Sheepskin-AS4480.1. Easy to launder- machine wash and machine dry. 

New Wool Technology in Australia has enabled the production of this pure wool product of exceptional quality. The Hospital Wool Fleece has to be felt and used to be appreciated. This MiniJumbuk product looks like and feels like a Medical Sheepskin. The very dense (1050 gsm) Merino Wool pile offers excellent pressure, shear reduction and moisture absorption..the 3 major causes of pressure sores. Large enough to protect the whole body-from shoulders to feet - 30" x 60 " (76cm x 152 cm).

This Merino Wool Bed Pad is made from 100% pure new wool. The Hospital Wool Fleece was created specifically for medical applications that required a dense, non-linting, highly absorbant fabric. In a study done in the Infection Control Unit of the Sydney Adventist Hospital, nurses were very enthusiastic about the performance of the Hospital Wool Fleece. Comments from nurses included increased patient comfort, reduction of pressure points and the alleviation of sweat rashes and itching. They agreed that the Hospital Wool Fleece was clearly superior to the synthetic pads that they had been using.

 The Hospital Wool Fleece is 30" X 60" and is made up of 1050 Grams per Square Meter Merino Wool. ideal for incontinent users because it is Machine washable and Machine dryable, making it an easy product to care for. Use a "blue pad" underneath to protect the mattress.

Care:

Machine wash, using a wool or Gentle Cycle, in Woolskin to condition and disinfect the wool. Machine dry at low heat and low agitation for a short recycling time. Do not overdry, as wool does best with 15% residual moisture.

    Soft breathable comfort

    My father complains of being cold and achy. He spends a lot of time in his recliner due to fatigue and lightheadedness. I purchased this as a gift for him. He's using it and very happy to have it.
